Policy for Online/Email Orders:

We permit you to order one of our printed products by email approval. If you are a licensed business an email approval to work on a project for you will be considered a legally binding contract. This contract shall not be changed, modified or cancelled. This contract is subject to final acceptance by PCI and Client hereby waives notification of same. Client agrees to forfeit any claims to refunds. Client agrees that the liability of PCI, if any omissions, mistakes, errors and/or defects in said project shall in no event exceed the costs of the space occupied by the error, but not exceeding the amount of project fees actually paid by Client to PCI. All artwork must be supplied to PCI  print ready (high resolution).  In the event the client does not proceed with the online/email contracted project any design work done by PCI is therefore the property of PCI and cannot be used. In the event that the client uses any design done by PCI without proceeding with the online/email contracted project they will be charged for the design at the rate of $45.00 per hour in addition to any other attorney and/or collection fees listed below. The Client agrees to pay a service charge of $5.00 or 1 1/2% per month, 18% APR on any 30 day past due balance. A $30.00 service charge will be assessed for any check that is returned unpaid. The Client agrees to pay $100.00 referral fee in the event delinquent account is referred for collection. In the event legal action is taken to enforce the terms of this contract, the County and State of the Client shall have jurisdiction and the Client agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees, in addition to the $100.00 referral fee.
